Mr. Seokhee Won
Chief Executive Officer

Seokhee Won is the Deputy CEO of Masan Group, CEO and a board member of Masan Consumer. Seokhee is a seasoned executive with 22 years at global consumer goods company Unilever. In his most recent role, he was Senior Vice President, responsible for Unilever’s skincare business in Asia and the Ponds brand globally. Seokhee's experience includes senior management roles in Unilever’s businesses in China, South Africa, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam. He spent eight years with Unilever Vietnam (from 1997 to 2005) as Marketing Director and then as Vice President, during which he was responsible for Unilever’s entire personal care portfolio.

Seokhee graduated from University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Le Trung Thanh joined Masan Consumer in 2013 and is currently our Managing Director of Masan Beverage and Deputy CEO of Masan Consumer. Prior to joining Masan Consumer, he held various senior positions, such as Marketing Director at Unilever, Deputy CEO of Pepsi Vietnam, CEO of Nutifood.

Mr. Thanh has a Master degree in Business Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Prior to joining Masan Consumer, Mr. Ngo Van Phuoc has over 17 years of experience in retail sales with multinationals like Unilever, Nestle and Kimberly Clark.

Mr. Ngo graduated from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Ms. Dang Thu Ha
Marketing Director - Seasoning Category

Prior to joining Masan Consumer, Mr. Dang Thu Ha has more than 10 years with Unilever in marketing and communication. She had been with various strategic and favourite brands including Business Unit  Director for Omo - Surf - Viso and Comfort - Vim - Sunlight.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan
Head of Marketing - Masan Beverage

Prior to joining Masan Consumer, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan was the Unilever Customer Marketing Director for 9 brands, including OMO, Vim and Sunlight, in diverse product categories such as laundry, household care, deodorant and beauty.

 Mr. Toan has a Bachelor of Economics in International Trade Management from  University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Viet
Marketing Director - Convenience Food Category

In the past nine years prior to joining Masan Consumer, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Viet had established a strong & solid background with Unilever Vietnam. He had been with various strategic and well-loved brands such as Senior Brand Manager for P/S, Group Brand Manager for Sunsilk, Group Brand Manager for total Omo and is the name behind many successful innovations and campaigns of these brands.

Mr. Nguyen graduated from University of Economics, major in Foreign Trade.

Ms. Dinh Kim Nhung
HR Director

Ms. Dinh Kim Nhung has approximately 20 years in human resource strategy and manpower development. Prior to joining Masan Consumer, she has held HR Business Director across various reputable companies, including Unilever, Prudential, BTA and Vinataba.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha
Supply Chain Director

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha is a supply chain expert with 14 years of experience. Prior to joining Masan Consumer, she has held a variety of senior positions, including Planning Director, Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Manager across various companies, such as Tan Hiep Phat, Unilever, Effem Foods, Novartis Pharma and Procter & Gamble. Ms. Nguyen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Trade from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Vu Quoc Tuan
Chief Manufacturing Officer

Mr. Vu Quoc Tuan has 15 years of experience in production and supply chain management at Unilever Vietnam and Malaysia, and Kimberly Clark South Asia.

Mr. Vu graduated from Polytechnic University in Bratislava, Slovakia and Asia Institute of Technology, Thailand.
