From Meo Vac To Every Corner Of Vietnam: WinCommerce’s Ambition To Serve 100 Million Vietnamese Consumers
June 18, 2026
Masan Consumer (HOSE: MCH) not only invests in products and markets, but also continues to invest in organizational capacity by strengthening its senior leadership team. This is part of its strategic plan to develop a successor leadership team and enhance execution capabilities as the company maintains its growth momentum and expands into new growth drivers.
Strengthening the leadership team to drive the next growth cycle
After years of building a foundation for growth, Masan Consumer is entering a new phase of development with a larger scale, faster pace, and increasingly demanding operational requirements. Alongside expanding its product portfolio, strengthening market presence, and improving operational efficiency, the company continues to refine its leadership team to build an organizational capacity capable of steering the next growth cycle.

This is also the direction that Masan Consumer will implement throughout 2026. Following the appointment of Ms. Truong Nguyen Kim Phuong as Deputy CEO earlier this year, the company has further strengthened its Executive Board with the appointments of Mr. Tran Tuan Cuong as Deputy General Director - Business and Mr. Huynh Viet Thang as Deputy General Director - Operations and Chief Financial Officer (CFO/COO).
This series of appointments reflects Masan Consumer’s long-term strategy to cultivate a successor leadership team, while also enhancing management and execution capabilities to meet the demands of this new development phase.
As Deputy General Director - Business, Mr. Tran Tuan Cuong will be responsible for driving growth across domestic and international sales channels, while leading new growth drivers such as Retail Supreme, e-commerce, the modern trade (MT) channel, and other sales models. Additionally, Mr. Cuong will oversee new product launch strategies, market expansion, and cross-ecosystem collaboration to accelerate innovation delivery to consumers, supporting the company’s strong domestic and global growth targets.
Meanwhile, in the role as Deputy General Director - Operations and Chief Financial Officer (CFO/COO), Mr. Huynh Viet Thang will focus on standardizing operational systems to high-performance benchmarks, improving operational efficiency across the entire enterprise, and building an agile organizational structure capable of adapting to new business opportunities. He will also continue to lead financial operations, optimize resource allocation, and improve capital efficiency to realize the company’s growth and financial targets for the 2026-2030 period. In addition, Mr. Doan Quoc Hung has been assigned to oversee the integration of digital transformation in the supply chain.
This leadership restructuring and reassignment enables Masan Consumer to solidify key strategic capabilities: business growth, high-performance operations, supply chain digital transformation, all important foundations for executing the company’s development strategy in the new phase.
The business results strengthen the foundation for the next phase of growth
The restructuring of the leadership team comes at a time when Masan Consumer continues to deliver growth in line with its guidance, while also expanding into new business drivers. In the first 5 months of 2026, revenue reached VND 12,732 billion, a 12.9% increase Year-on-year (YoY), falling within the 11-15% growth target for the whole year. Although the growth rate in May was slower than the sharp surge in April, the cumulative year-to-date results remain firmly on track, after recording a 16.6% growth in the first 4 months of the year.
Notably, Masan Consumer's growth is increasingly diversified across multiple engines, rather than relying on a few core product categories. Retail supreme continues to play a pivotal role in supporting growth by expanding coverage and improving distribution quality, enabling faster consumer access and higher success rates for new product launches.

Building on that foundation, the premiumization strategy continues to be led by CHIN-SU and Omachi; the Home & Personal Care sector is growing by over 30% with the expansion of Chanté and Homey; while international business maintains positive growth momentum in key markets. These drivers are enabling Masan Consumer to gradually establish a more balanced growth structure and expand its long-term growth potential.
Continuing developing a successor leadership team and strengthening management structure demonstrate that Masan Consumer is not only investing in new growth drivers but also proactively enhancing execution capabilities. When a growth strategy is supported by increasingly refined management and operation foundations, the company has a stronger basis for translating growth drivers into sustainable business results, while simultaneously consolidating its long-term growth prospects.
